Timothy Chan

Co-Founder & Partner

Timothy Chan is a trial attorney who vigilantly protects client interests through careful factual development, direct communication, and disciplined preparation. His focused practice includes workers’ compensation, immigration, and related litigation.

Trial preparation grounded in the record

Timothy approaches workers’ compensation, immigration, and related litigation by first understanding the record, the governing process, and the client’s objectives. He prepares clients for administrative proceedings, hearings, court appearances, and trial with direct explanations of what the next stage requires.

Across those forums, his focus remains consistent: protect the client’s interests, develop the important facts, identify procedural risks, and prepare the matter with the discipline needed for contested proceedings.

Southern California roots and legal training

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Timothy is deeply connected to the communities of Southern California. He studied finance at California State University, Northridge and earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University.

He has spent more than a decade advocating for employees and injured workers. That experience informs a practical approach to litigation—one that combines careful preparation with clear communication about the available path and the choices a client may face.

Advocacy, service, and perspective

For Timothy, legal advocacy is tied to dignity, fairness, and helping clients navigate difficult periods with a clearer understanding of the process. He draws daily inspiration from the words of Jesus: “To whom much is given, much is required.”

Outside the office, Timothy is a husband, mentor, and active member of his community. He and his wife teach and mentor youth across Los Angeles. His interests include history, theology, politics, sports, music, and cultures from around the world, along with a lasting enthusiasm for Los Angeles sports and culture.
