Turning complexity into a working system

Prashant’s role is to make the firm’s operating environment clear and dependable. He coordinates the systems, people, vendors, and budgets that sit behind day-to-day legal work, with attention to how information moves and how responsibilities connect.

That work is deliberately behind the scenes. The objective is an operating structure in which the legal team can focus on clients, records, deadlines, and the decisions each matter requires.

An engineering perspective on professional services

Before entering legal operations, Prashant spent more than twenty years leading cross-functional engineering organizations responsible for complex technology programs. His experience includes distributed teams in the United States and India, organizational transitions, budget responsibility, and quality-management systems.

He brings that engineering perspective to the firm by defining objectives, clarifying ownership, and designing processes that people can use consistently.

Connecting tools, people, and process

Prashant evaluates technology as part of a larger operating system—not as an end in itself. His work considers how case and document tools, reporting, integrations, staffing, training, and outside services fit together in practice.

He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, with a specialization in signal and image processing, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering.
